$100/session for a Licensed Therapist OR

$50/session for a Pre-licensed Therapist OR

$25/session for a Student Intern

Kapolei Counseling Center provides behavioral (mental) health services regardless of a patient’s insurance status or ability to pay. We offer income-based Sliding Fee Scale services based on the FPL Guidelines for 2026 to all patients who need financial assistance.

ALL PATIENTS WITH NO MEDICAL INSURANCE OR WHO ARE UNDERINSURED ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY. You may be considered underinsured if you have a copay or deductible (out-of-pocket cost) that you cannot afford.

In addition, a limited number of pro bono sessions may be available for individuals experiencing significant financial hardship, with proof of financial instability and subject to availability.
