La is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) with a deep passion for serving others through compassionate, culturally respectful, and faith-based care. Born and raised on Oʻahu and of Pacific Islander heritage, La is a proud graduate of Chaminade University and began her journey in the mental health field in 2019.  Outside of work, La enjoys hiking, going to the movies, and spending time with her two cats. Her grounded and approachable nature helps her build strong, trusting relationships with those she serves.

She specializes in working with youth and adults and offers therapy that integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. As a Christian, La also offers faith-based counseling for those seeking a spiritual perspective in their healing journey.

La believes in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Her therapeutic approach is client-centered and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing begins with connection—whether through faith, creativity, or simply being seen and supported.
